These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Whybe (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be 18 years or older to use Whybe. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may remove or restrict accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may remove content and take enforcement action, including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans, to protect users and enforce these Terms.
We may use automated systems (such as spam/profanity/objectionable-content detection) and human review to help identify violations, prevent abuse, and maintain safety.
You grant Whybe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and technical delivery), display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except where content has been shared with others (for example, messages or community replies) and may remain visible to them, or where retention is required for legal, safety, or security reasons.
You can block and report users/content in the app. We may review content, profiles, messages, media, and related activity using automated tools and human moderation to investigate reports, enforce these Terms, reduce spam/fraud, and improve user safety.
We may take actions such as content removal, warnings, feature limitations, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans. We may also cooperate with law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law.
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, payment or sign-in providers). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we work with providers that support operation and security of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and permanently delete your account from inside the app. Depending on your app version, you can access it from: Home → Profile avatar → Profile → Legal & support → Delete account (or directly from the Profile tab → Legal & support → Delete account).
Account deletion is permanent (not temporary deactivation). Once confirmed, your account cannot be restored. See our Delete Account page for details about deletion processing and data retention.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create safety risks, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service, or that content posted by users will always be accurate, appropriate, or available. Your interactions with other users are your responsibility. Use caution when communicating or meeting others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whybe and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, email, or other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date above reflects the effective date of the latest version.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and may delete your account.
